CORE PDX

The primary focus of the underlying concept is to create a bold noticeable mural that will not only catch the public’s attention, but also create a flow and movement that will draw the public in to look beyond what they initially see. The imagery was centered around water, animals of the PNW, and flora and fauna found in Oregon.  Additionally, use colorful abstract shapes to tie in the shapes found inside the building (ceiling), as well as create a contrast between the depicted natural elements. These combinations of imagery will symbolize positivity, growth, movement, and energy.

This mural was approximately 120’x15’ created using spray paint.
